The Beau Down is a collaborative charity fundraising dinner for Soil For Life. Soil for Life is a Cape Town Non-Profit that grows produce. Ivor Jones, head chef and co-owner of Chefs Warehouse Beau Constantia has invited Bao Down’s Graham Oldfield, head chef and co-owner of Asian inspired restaurant in Cape Town’s City Bowl. The two will build an 8 dish sharing set menu of small plates to be paired with Beau Constantia wines on the 13th June 2019.
